Want to create your own Lesson Plan?
I. Choose a Topic
−Select subject matter.
−Gather lesson material.
II. Objective: What you will teach and why.
III. Equipment: Come prepared with all equipment.
IV. Explauation/Demonstration: Explain the day's objective.
− Keep your explanation clear, short and simple
− Demonstrate if possible with game or activity.
−Visual aids (diagrams, posters, blackboard, even drawing in
the dirt) can be helpful when demonstrating.
−Make sure everyone can see, and that your demonstration is
clear, short and simple.
V. Activity
−Have students apply or try the new knowledge.
VII. Discussion
−review your topic.
−check for understanding.
−Reinforce what is correct.
VIII. Evaluation
−Test students understanding of topic material.
IX. Summary
−Review day's objectives.
−Discuss problems and how to correct them.
−Ask questions, and ask if students have any questions.
−Ask students what they have learned.
